EY is one of the leading international Corporate Finance Energy and Infrastructure advisors, consisting of 25 Energy and Infrastructure M&A professionals in the Nordics who are part of a team of 150 Corporate Finance professionals globally and a wider Nordic Corporate Finance team of ca 100 professionals. We advise and support our clients through deal creation and execution in some of the most interesting and talked about M&A transactions globally in a highly dynamic and growing market.


Our clients primarily consist of leading international energy, telecom and transportation companies, Nordic and international infrastructure funds, pension funds and entrepreneur led developers of renewable energy assets, who all choose to be advised by EY Corporate Finance due to our exceptional local and cross-border / international capabilities as well as leading expertise within Energy, Renewables, Telecom and Transportation with a very strong track record in core sub sectors such as Onshore and Offshore wind, Solar, Energy transition, Hydro power and District heating.


Due to an increased demand of our Corporate Finance services, we are now looking to expand the team with additional colleagues on different levels, from Analysts/Associates to Project managers.

The positions are based in Stockholm but will include frequent cooperation with international colleagues around the world.


As an Analyst, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Drafting presentation material (pitches, teasers, information memorandums etc.)
Financial modelling
Company research, market analysis and financial analysis
Interaction with clients, counterparts and other advisors
International networking internally and externally



What we look for
We are looking for candidates that we believe possess the following traits:
A strong academic background with demonstrated quantitative skills and developed knowledge of financial terms and concepts from a well-renowned university
Good understanding of financial modelling in Excel and drafting presentation material in PowerPoint
0-3 years’ experience within Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Business Development or M&A at a relevant corporation or Big 4 Transaction Advisory Services
Strong integrity and work ethic, you thrive working in a team where you are proactive and have a can-do mentality
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills as well as an ability to prioritize and deliver under time pressure without compromising on quality
Fluent in Swedish and English
Interest for finance and strategic business decisions
Experience from the energy and/or infrastructure sector is a plus
