Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses, and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
We are looking for three ICS analysts, who would like to contribute to an effective internal control environment within financial and non-financial reporting and compliance (eg. anti-trust, anti-money laundering, anti-corruption) in the whole Scania Group. You will be part of building up and developing new procedures for the analysis and assessment of risks and controls according to Scania ICS guidelines.
In this position, you will join the Global ICS team and work in an international environment closely collaborating and coordinating activities with local ICS Managers from different countries and business units in Scania Group. You will get an opportunity to overview and understand the Scania business model and possibilities to create a network in the whole Scania organization.
Main responsibilities:
• Participate in risk assessments and planning yearly testing activities as well as Management’s self-assessment
• Analyze risks and assess the adequacy of control design and operational effectiveness
• Document and store testing results in designated IT-tool
• Suggest improvements and remediating actions for identified deficiencies
• Suggest common /standard solutions on controls based on root cause analysis, risk assessment, policy requirements etc
• On an ongoing basis contribute to continuous improvement of procedures for analysis and assessment of internal controls for relevant risk areas.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with knowledge in risk management and internal controls. You have an academic degree, at least 3 years’ experience of working with internal controls, finance, risk management, compliance or audit. It is crucial that you have big passion for continuous improvement, always looking for efficient and effective solutions for the best benefit of the business operations.
You are able to analyse risks and understand control deficiencies, identify options, and support sound decision making.
You communicate complex matters in an easily accessible way, possess the ability to bring people along and have excellent multi-cultural understanding.
We are looking for you who have high integrity and an open-minded approach towards your tasks. You are structured, detailed oriented and well organized, always with a great customer focus. You want to add perspectives and value to the team and all stakeholders.
You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Other world languages are a merit.
