Analytical Chemist

We are looking for an Analytical Chemist to support our R&D and QC activities in the area of molecularly imprinted polymers and selective polymers.Your level of education is either a PhD or MSc with industrial experience.Responsibilities: You will work within the framework of analytical/preparative method development and characterisation of separation materials.Further, you will be responsible for the supervision of junior chemists or students.You will also act as a Project leader for internal and external projects. Experience: A good theoretical knowledge and practical experience of chromatographic methods is necessary.Additional experience in solid phase extraction (SPE), and/or other analytical methods such as LC/MS, IR, NMR is valuable.Likewise, experience in preparative or large scale chromatographic techniques is also very valuable.You should have broad practical experience of maintaining, calibrating and validating analytical equipment and be used to validating and QC-checking of R&D materials and products.It is a plus if you have already worked with the development of separation materials.Requirements: We take it for granted that you have good proficiency with common software (MS Office, databases, etc.) and are used to diligent documentation (ISO).As a member of one or more project teams it is essential that you have good communication abilities, that you contribute to a positive work envirnment and are a team-player used to performing in a busy work environment.English/Swedish are the working languages in the company.MIP Technologies AB is an equal opportunity employer.If you have technical questions, contact Ecevit Yilmaz, tfn.
