Analytical Chemist The Department of Environmental Engineering (DTU Environment, www.env.dtu.dk) is seeking a skilled and dedicated analytical chemist for the development and maintenance of environmental analysis. DTU Environment DTU Environment is one of the world's leading institutions in environmental research and teaching. The department has approx. 160 employees over half of whom use our 9 different laboratories. We carry out a large number of research and student projects in the laboratories. The Department has established an academic Analysis Development Team to ensure the development and high professional competence of the laboratories. The Team works closely with the laboratory staff who are responsible for the daily routines and for keeping information up to date. The role The successful applicant will be a part of the Analytical Development Team that develops and carries out analytical assessments for the Department's research, Public Authority Services, and other partners. The successful applicant will advise project managers on analysis, quality assurance, and the transfer of analytical skills. The job includes participation in daily operations with repair and troubleshooting, continuous adjustments, and sparring with the technicians.
