Analytical HPLC-specialist, Xbrane

Xbrane Biopharma AB is an innovative company developing Biosimilar products. There are approximately 70 people working at Xbrane and about 35 at the R&D department. The company is growing and Xbrane is now looking for an Analytical HPLC-Specialist to join the Analytical team.

The Role

The Analytical team at Xbrane plays an important role in giving analytical support to the process development, product characterization and stability testing in product development.

As Analytical Specialist, you will plan and perform laboratory work and documentation within the analytical field of your expertise, mainly focusing on HPLC-analysis. You will be included in specific product projects and give analytical support to the product development team. You may also have the opportunity to join one of the project R&D sub teams. In this position your main responsibilities include:

• Plan and perform laboratory analyses to support in-house process development and protein characterization.
• Plan, execute and report studies related to development of analytical development, e.g. method development, method qualification, stability studies and product characterization studies.
• Work with documentation and reporting data, eventually responsible for studies and writing protocols and reports.
• Attend internal project meetings, as well as tech-transfer meetings.
• Assisting in the development and optimization of analytical methods.
• Keep up with research and development relevant for successful analysis of biosimilar products.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we believe that you are passionate about lab work and work systematically both at the lab-bench and at the desk. You are thorough, communicative and enjoy achieving results as a team.

In addition, you need the following qualifications:

• BSc, MSc or PhD degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 2-5 years' experience in development and analysis of biopharmaceuticals, in particular monoclonal antibodies and related molecules.
• Highly experienced within method development and validation of HPLC-analysis.
• Experience in documentation and reporting data.
• Good communication skills, in English and Swedish.
