We are looking for a new colleague within Digital Communications.
The Analytics Manager will define and implement the analytics roadmap (strategy) and plan in close collaboration with key stakeholders across central/market. You will drive continuous improvement with key stakeholders and ensure development focuses to enable a good user experience, improved brand perception, generate leads and enable sales.
The incumbent will act as the analytics owner by participating in different forums/projects to identify needs and provide recommendations/advice for optimal usage and efficiency, this being a global role.
This role reports to the Global Director Digital Platforms & Processes and will be based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As Analytics Manager, you will follow the performance of the digital channels to continuously identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve digital channels effectiveness in an omnichannel environment.
Collaborate across the organization to define and develop KPIs, reporting and analysis to optimize digital channel content and functionality
Create and maintain standard dashboards and reports to be used throughout the business
Educate and inform colleagues across functions on digital performance terminology, concepts, trends, insights, and recommendations
Develop and share best practices and learning content for digital channel performance competence development in the markets
Support markets and global stakeholders by answering questions related to digital performance analytics
Support Marketing Automation team in creating emails
Develop and maintain paid search always-on keyword Framework for English keywords globally
Owner for Adobe Analytics, includes setting future requirements, defining backlog items in Jira, coordinating with partners in sprint planning for Analytics items
Responsible for third Party tracking scrip implementations on dotcom.

Who you are
We believe you have a university degree and at least 3 years of digital- or social media advertising experience. In this position it is important that you have a strong grasp of web analytics and web tracking (Preferably Adobe Analytics) as well as a deep understanding of Google Ads and Google Display Network/DV360. It is essential that you have strong analytical skills and a passion for turning complex data-driven insights into simple actions. You have experience in creating/developing metrics-driven (performance) marketing reports and/or dashboards in omnichannel environment. Also, you have a deep understanding of Marketing Automation and email performance reporting (Preferably Salesforce). Furthermore, we would love if you had experience from working together with digital and analytics stakeholders/agencies on delivering results.

The professional skills needed in this role is strong collaboration capability, the ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of the organization. As well, you are a pragmatic person, able to find solutions and work under pressure. We are looking for a result orientated and self-motivated person with strong customer focus eager to find new opportunities to deliver. You pay strong attention to details balanced with the ability to see the larger context.
Your communication skills in English, both written and oral are on excellent level.
