We are looking for a creative and ambitious System Developer / IS Functional Analyst who will support the development and implementation of new or enhanced features in our Warehouse Management System, at ABB Process Automation Process Control Platform (PCP).
You will be reporting to the Head of Analytics and Master Data, and with the team be engaged with development and maintenance of back-end solutions and processes to support logistics, analytics, and reporting. The team works as an essential contributor to the Warehouse Management platform including development of client software, web service, databases, integrations, and server setup.

Your responsibilities
Contribute and drive processes and technical solutions for PA PCP Warehouses.
Develop, maintain, support and act as a center of expertise for a Warehouse Management System. Including design, performance enhancements, data integration and build solutions for interlinked processes.
Capture, evaluate and prioritize user and business requirements, in close collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Translate business requirements into specifications for projects and development cycles.
Enable Analytics & Reporting through data management in databases (cloud and on prem).
Work closely with IS service organization as well as process owners, ensuring best possible integration methods.
Develop technical solutions to support business needs.



Your background
Skills in database management (SQL)
Skills in programming / system development (C#, HTML5, JavaScript)
Experience using SAP and more advanced SAP features such as queries, function modules, RFC/BAIP’s are merited.
Ability to translate business requirements and apply problem solving methods
Experience working with integration methods and software components
Business Intelligence application knowledge merited
Understand software lifecycles: requirement management, vendor selection, functional specification, development, testing, production, maintenance, support, and training
Experience working in teams, coordinate and distribute tasks
Skills in Excel and O365
You express yourself well in both English and Swedish (verbally and in writing).
