As a Digital Solutions Analyst – Nordics region you are a Technology Strategist, Investment Manager and Business Transformation leader. Is this you?
The Challenge
Develop and articulate the digital vision, strategy, roadmap and business value for Shimano Nordics customers.
Seek customer insights and stories to develop, implement, and manage testimonial and referral programs. Glean applicable insights from online and customer data.
Organize and host client meetings and forums to evangelize new products and gather feedback.
Deliver an ongoing stream of product innovations that improve KPIs related to the scale, scope, frequency, and reliability of revenue to drive major business decisions.
Prioritize and align backlog of features with corporate functions, like IT teams, towards a regular release schedule.
Shape and deliver core Digital Services (e.g. Analytics, Data, Integration) capability offerings and new technologies to drive business value.
Communicate performance metrics to key executive stakeholders throughout the organization.
Partner with other Shimano offices, IT, external partners and enterprise programs leadership teams to drive alignment on goals, objectives and delivery of innovative and creative commitments.
Responsible for the sales process enablement, including data quality of all tools involved (i.e. CRM, e-Commerce, etc) as well as engagement of other inter-dependent teams (like IT, Master Data, etc) for new customers onboarding & setup
Constant look for automation in the sales process, providing clear requirements and partnering with IT on solutioning
Responsible for data analysis & visualization, forecast consolidation and sharing with Sales team
What are we looking for?
A Bachelor’s degree in the field of marketing and business administration.
0-2 year of experience
Successful track record of driving business value through information technology and delivery of programs.
Proven track of enhancing product definition and positioning, using competitive information, market and product analysis.
Knowledge of e-Commerce solutions (e.g. Hybris), CRM (e.g. SFDC), Integrations & Data Services solutions (e.g. APIs, BI-analytics, Data cloud platforms, data modelling)
Experience in working with multiple competing stakeholders and priorities.
Experience managing multi-location teams and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Certified SCRUM Product Owner is definitely a plus.
