Sigma Connectivity is looking for experienced senior-level Android application developers to work on a variety of interesting projects. Ideal candidates should have experience with mobile application development using Java and/or Kotlin. As a member of our team, you'll contribute to all phases of the product development life cycle, interacting with customers and developing software. We offer opportunities to work across the technology stack, from consumer facing UI/UX to embedded low level applications as well. Requirements
Basic qualifications
B.S or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience developing Android and/iOS applications.
Advanced skills in one or more of: embedded C, C++, Java, Kotlin
Experience with development tools, such as Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Coverity
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies, take on new responsibilities, and adapt.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred additional skills and experience (really nice to have):
Android framework experience
Experience with Android security features
Experience developing large systems with integrated functionality
Electronics knowledge
Experience developing consumer products
Experience working with low-power devices, power management, microcontrollers and/or radio communications
Experience or knowledge of real-time embedded firmware for IoT applications
Knowledge of relevant standards in your the area of expertise
Creative debugging skills using multiple sources and techniques
Good documentation and writing skills
