SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
You dig the concept of full-stack, but this role emphasizes one of our frontend channels mainly created through Kotlin, and we also expect you to have experience in various modern technologies. You are verbal and can communicate your point of view as well as humble and curious about other people’s ideas.
This is a senior role. You have at least some 5-10 years of frontend experience including
Passion for Clean Architecture approaches
Experience in balancing between following SOLID and keeping the code simple
Tolerance to legacy code, but motivated to improve it
Respecting the code consistency as one of the most important principles in teamwork
As important as your will and curiosity to learn is your will to share and make the team enthusiastic about your knowledge. Most of your time will be spent getting your hands dirty in the code but you still like to discuss different solutions for both technical, product, organizational and business specific challenges. You are the pragmatic programmer - you understand that the perfect technical solution in some cases has to take a step back for the business - even if your role of course will be to advocate for the technical parts and highlight potential risks.
Titles may make team members hesitant to make decisions but today you probably act as a tech lead in a team or aim to shoulder this kind of responsibility and are ready for the next step in your career. If you have previous experience in fintech it’s a plus, but don’t hesitate if you do not - as the right candidate you will pick up the domain fast enough.
