Diab is establishing an IT organization that requires a cohesive force.
Are you the person who can keep a business together and at the same time bring down our vision to a clear path forward? If so, do not hesitate to apply for this role.

YOU WILL
As Group IT Manager you will be responsible for the strategy and technological direction, and the implementation of the decided roadmap. Furthermore, you will manage the roll-out of all IT-projects and lead the IT-team including outsourced staff, to support the core business in the most efficient way. You will play a big part in our digitalization and lead, coach and motivate a small but competent and dedicated IT team, prioritizing all IT initiatives.

Some of your responsibilities will be to:

- Propose budgets for programs and projects, purchases and upgrades equipment
- Execute on existing roadmap and initiate and drive the next steps
- Manage and drive global roll-out of new Infor M3 ERP
- Initiate and drive business improvements in all Functional areas with professional IT/IS solutions
- Drive vendor contract negotiations for all new computer equipment and software purchased for the corporation

YOU ARE
We expect you to have 5+ years of experience as Manager within an IT-organization with proven leadership skills. You should have experience from managing Global Service/Support desk with both inhouse and outsourced resources. In addition to this we think that you bring competence and know-how in communications, networks, security, Microsoft Server environment and international experience. Knowledge of all requirements and current trends within IT is highly appreciated.

You also need to ensure stability and clarity in where Diab is heading and you have probably had similar responsibilities before and thus completed a number of IT change projects. In those projects, people are effected and it is therefore important that you understand behaviors, can create good relationships and have an ability to lift others and help them develop.

In addition you also need to be skilled in functional leadership to get things done in an effective way since we are a truly global organization.
