Anti Churn Agent

Do you have the social skill set to turn even the most unsatisfied customer or partner around? Are you comfortable twisting and turning on different solutions to do this with the phone as your closest partner in crime? We are now looking for an Anti Churn Agent to our Partner Performance team. What does this mean you might think… This means that you will play an important role in making sure our partners stay with us even in situations where they are thinking of leaving. Our partners mean everything to us <3 therefore we want to give them the best experience and solutions possible, at all times. Can you see yourself taking on this fun challenge? WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO

- You will contact and follow up our restaurant partners over phone on a daily basis, with the goal to make them stay as our partner

- You will work with ad sales such as offering campaigns to our partners and other value creating deals
- Making sure all contact information from our partners are correct in our systems and other administrative tasks
- Follow up partner performance
- You will also handle other adhoc tasks along the way

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- You have at least two years experience from a role where you have communicated by phone to customers or partners on a daily basis
- If you have experience from working in sales that will be considered a plus, especially if you have experience with anti-churn
- You have good knowledge in Office 365 (or Google Suite)
- You can communicate fluently in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing
- It will be considered a plus if you have experience from a fast paced environment from start-up/scale-up
- If you have experience from Salesforce or Tableau it will be considered a plus


Start date: As soon as possible
