In the role as Marketing Specialist at Aon you will be the strategic marketing conduit between marketing and the solution lines with a specific focus on the HR buyer. In this role you will be accountable for driving lead and generating marketing campaigns in the region with the support of various Center of Excellences within the organisation.
About the role
The purpose of the role is to create and manage integrated growth marketing campaigns across the Nordic region. You will be located in Stockholm and a member of both Aon’s Nordic Marketing and Communication team and an integrated part of Aon’s global marketing team.
Our marketing campaigns support the breadth of the marketing funnel and are designed to increase awareness, generate leads, and empower colleagues in helping them bring the best of Aon to clients.
Key responsibilities will include
• Understand & implement client needs with a specific focus on the HR buyer.
• Work closely with the Solution line leaders to build and deliver a robust marketing plan that aligns to local growth priorities.
• Accountable for driving integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation.
• Jointly work with various EMEA Centers of Excellence with in-country representation to roll out global campaigns as well as country specific campaigns.
• Create analysis and insights on campaign results and measurement.

We belive you are an experienced and trusted marketing business partner. Skilled at understanding and translating business concepts into compelling marketing messages and campaigns to support the firm’s ambitious growth targets.
The role holder will be comfortable working in a complex, global organization, working closely with marketing colleagues and the senior business stakeholders.
Your experience & competencies
• A degree in Communication, Marketing, or related discipline
• 5 years marketing communication experience
• Skilled in developing marketing strategies and delivering on KPI’s
• Digital savvy and familiar with all channel marketing
• Experience from working in global CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
• Experience in leading projects
• A background within a service and/or consulting company
• Previous work experience within B2B lead generation campaigns
• Excellent communicator
• Excellent skills both verbally and written in English and Swedish
• An eye for details and are accurate in what you produce
• You value teamwork and are prestige less but also take on tasks independently
