AP Accountant

For our accounting and reporting team, specifically for our HUB South serving Italian market, we are now looking to hire Italian-speaking

Accounts Payable Accountant
You'll be responsible for processing invoices received for payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

The position is located in Gothenburg.

What you'll do

- Process vendor invoices

- Handle reminders

- Send outgoing payments

- Process expense claims

- Reconcile bank accounts

- Month end closing activities

- Queries from vendors and internal stakeholders

- Collaboration with the business and other colleagues in AP related areas/topics

- Actively engaging in change and continuous improvements within the AP process

What you bring

- Sufficient work experience or education in finance

- Previous experience working with SAP will be seen as benefit

- Fluency in English and Italian

Due to the nature of the role, only candidates speaking Italian can be considered for the role.
