AP Accountant - Innocent AB

Agigo is now looking for an AP Accountant to join the Nordic Finance team at Innocent AB. In this role, you will report to the S2P Lead based in London and be responsible for tasks related to Accounts Payable for the legal entities in Sweden and Denmark. You will work from their office in Stockholm and be part of a highly motivated team.

What you will be doing

As an AP Accountant in the Financial Operations team at Innocent, you will report to the S2P Lead, who is based in London, and be responsible for the following tasks in their legal entities in Denmark and Sweden:

Creating new supplier records.
Ownership of the mailbox for the entities and replying to all internal and external queries in a timely manner.
Processing supplier invoices and ensuring timely supplier payments through the weekly payment run.
Building sustainable relationships with the Purchase Order creators.
Managing prepayments and recurring journals to ensure costs hit P&L in the correct month.
Running period end closing tasks for the Purchase Ledger.
Performing weekly bank reconciliations.


What we are looking for

You are experienced in the world of Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and can build great relationships with suppliers and stakeholders across the business.
You are great at juggling lots of different tasks and working out what’s really important.
You have strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
You are fluent in Swedish and English.
