Application Consultant

Clients from all over the world are choosing Benify as their compensation and benefits solution. We are entering markets and areas not yet explored! Sounds exciting? It is. Every time we sign a new deal with a Global client – your expertise as an application consultant comes in.

It might sound like a cliche – but as an Application Consultant at Benify, really, no day is like the other. You will work on projects, from start to finish, with a focus on launching new client solutions on the global market. It involves everything from gathering and analyzing requirements, discussions with stakeholders, client-specific system customization, setting up integrations with the clients existing systems and finally launching the solution.

Examples of what you will do:

• Develop clients on the Global market in the context of client launches
• Project planning and requirement analysis
• Be involved in and lead technical discussions, both internally and externally
• Lead and execute the technical part of the implementation cycle
• Integrate with client and supplier’s systems and make sure our clients get the best solutions

You will be part of our Global Delivery Team and they will be happy to introduce you to the Benify way and bring you along on our journey towards World Domination!

Your profile:

• A bachelor’s degree in the area of IT, system science or informatics
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an application consultant or similar
• Experience from SQL and data structures
• Experience from system integrations

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in Java
• Experience from working in global/international projects with people from different work cultures
• A Dutch, German or French-speaking colleague would be a huge asset for us.
