Application Design Engineer

Our competence center in Seat Climate looks for: Application Design Engineer In order to strengthen our competence center with in area of Seat Climate, we are now looking for application designs engineer to we active in the area of climate seats. You will belong to team of engineers working with global projects that serve all major car brands. MAIN TASKS - In the area of Climate seat, perform design and development work necessary to quality assure concepts used into application projects. - Work with internal and customer initiated application projects, bringing concepts to fully approved serial design, including necessary CAD work, flow analysis and electrical calculations. - Work according to the KA New Product Introduction (NPI) process for design and concept application. PROFILE - M. Sc. degree in mechanical or electro mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience. - Experience of automotive design or development, preferably in the seating area. - Fluent skills in English are mandatory. German or French language skills are preferred. LOCATION AND REPORTING Location is Kongsberg Automotive in Mullsjö Sweden. The position is reporting to R&D manager Climate Seat. The position implies some international business travel.
