Your mission
In this role you will provide online and onsite support for both internal and external stakeholders. You will be the expert in our battery area, conducting proactive trainings, both theoretical and practical as well as continuously certify Epiroc organization. You will ensure maintenance and repair manuals for the battery are of good quality so that these are self-sufficient for performing repair jobs. You will also be involved in the Product Life Cycle of the Batteries by leading tests and verifications and secure serviceability and user friendliness etc. The role also involves setting up support plans to execute the global launch of new technology in order to secure customer satisfaction.

Your profile
You have great interpersonal and communication skills that reflect your desire for collaboration, and you have a result driven mentality. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and across borders motivates you and you have solid application and technical knowledge. As the role is conducted with responsibility and flexibility, you should be proactive, “hands-on”, structured, and of course service minded.

We see that you have a Master degree in Engineering or other relevant field, or similar competence developed through working experience. You have 10+ years of experience working with mining and construction industry/equipment. As our corporate language is English, verbal and written communication skills in English are required.

Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel may occur.
