The subsidiary Logistics Solutions (TMHLS), a central part of the development and innovation, is located at Lindholmen in Gothenburg. Logistics Solutions develops solutions for warehouse Automation and has approximately 120 employees. Our headquarters is in Mjölby, Sweden, and outside Brussels.

Job description
Your primary responsibility as an Application Engineer is to work with customer-specific logistics solutions by, for example, developing and simulating systems and defining logical structures and control rules based on customer needs. You will also be participating in training newly recruited Application Engineers. You will also:

* Guide and coach the teams in agile framework adoption and implementation to continuously build quality into our innovative solutions.
* Be a part of the Onboarding for new application engineers from our sales companies around Europe.

Your profile
As an Application Engineer at TMHLS, you as a person are analytical, organized, and proactive. You are a team player who is solution-oriented and quality conscious. You are:

* Fluent both orally and in writing in English and preferably has basic Swedish knowledge.
* Have one year's work experience in the relevant industry or similar tasks.
* PLC knowledge
