Application Engineer - Heat Transfer

As Application Engineer - Heat Transfer at Tetra Pak Processing Components you will get the chance to work with a central part of food processing - Heat Exchangers.You will become an expert in this field and also expand your knowledge of all the surrounding processes.You will enjoy a daily interaction with a global network within Tetra Pak.

The Heat Transfer department has the responsibility for Heat Exchangers within Tetra Pak.As part of the Application Support team you will take shared responsibility for quotations and application support on Heat Exchangers to Tetra Pak Market Companies as well as to the Business Units.This also includes development of thermal design tools, application guidelines and training of colleagues at global locations.

Your main responsibilities will be to:
Handle dimensioning- and application issues regarding Heat Exchangers using advanced calculation programs
Support the Market Companies and Business Units with quotations
Develop, plan and execute trainings
Run tests and secure follow up on new products and applications
Develop guidelines for our products in various applications
Support the development of new Heat Exchangers



Kvalifikationer
You enjoy providing service and have proactive mindset.You are structured and have a good technical understanding.You take pleasure in handling several issues simultaneously - all the while maintaining your ability to focus and prioritise.You are eager to learn and appreciate an informal environment.

You hold an engineering degree in either Mechanics or Chemistry and may be either fresh out of school or have worked a couple of years.Being a strong communicator you are fluent in both English and Swedish.Experience from food processing area is seen as a merit.
