Your mission
In this role, you work in close relation with our customers; analyzing their needs and educating them in how to use our products. You frequently interface with our sales areas by conducting problem solving, field testing, product demos and process optimization. Understanding our product portfolio and our customers’ needs is an important part of your mission and, by using your curiousness and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, you build a high level of competence in all parts connected to our business.
The location for this position is Sandviken and extensive travel is a natural part of your job.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with a degree from a technical education, and experience from a relevant field – such as mining, production or sales – is beneficial. As we work with international contacts, you must be fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
Your personality really matters to us and a key in this position is your flexible approach and service minded attitude; enabling you to take initiative to solve complex problems. You enjoy embracing new perspectives in varying settings and your genuine technical interest is closely linked to your creativity, accompanied by close attention to detail. With your excellent communication skills, you easily navigate your way across our organization – building strong and lasting relationships with both stakeholders and coworkers.
