Job description


Within the External Products program we are striving to enable new business models for H&M Group, connecting our digital platforms with selected retail Partners to improve our customer offering. Within the team Partner Connectivity via DC we focus on the wholesale process and the technical capabilities necessary to do business with our retail Partners. To make it possible we collaborate with 3rd party solutions for data transactions and Partner integrations. As an Application Expert in this team you will need to understand a complex technical landscape that needs to scale and expand due to H&M Group’s focus on growing an ecosystem – connecting our brands and partners to grow business for all parties. Growing our ecosystem is one of the top 5 focus areas for the H&M Group – which means you will be joining a fast paced and most prioritized environment!

Responsibilities


In your daily work you will drive initiatives to improve our Partner facing interfaces and systems for the wholesale business model. Together with the team you will ensure that we are taking the right steps in order to streamline the business flows, satisfy our Partners and in the end - achieve a great shopping experience for our customers. You will take ownership and enhance the Partner experience of systems together with the team, cross Product Teams, cross Product Areas and towards our 3rd party solutions. You will also communicate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and tasks. Furthermore, you will:
• Make sure the process for onboarding Partners and integrating Partners is efficient and convenient for both H&M and the Partners
• Analyze, define and document requirements to execute on the top prioritized objectives
• Create information models and understand the information flows through systems and processes in order to advice on the best solutions
• Be an expert in our 3rd party solutions and processes
• Dig into details and issues and develop a thorough understanding of the everyday business and related challenges
Who you are
We believe you are a quick learner of complex interactions between several systems, both internal and external. You don’t wait for directive and are not afraid to take the lead. You like the challenge of convincing surrounding teams to agree on enhancements and truly enjoy working in a cross collaborative environment. You are not one for prestige, and like to help others. You would describe yourself as ambitious and are able to handle many initiatives at the same time. Furthermore, you:
• Have a technical post-secondary education
• Are experienced in requirement analysis
• Have strong knowledge in creating and maintaining information models, and an optimized information architecture
• Are structured and pedagogical and can describe complex challenges and/or solutions in an understandable way
• Have a background working with e-commerce, wholesale and/or EDI-providers

The position is full time with placement in Stockholm (Marievik) when it’s possible to work from office. Planned starting date is as soon as possible.
