Application Expert (Last Mile Transport SaaS Tech)

At H&M group – Business Tech, we are accelerating digitalization and to stay relevant, we need to ensure we have strong competences in place to improve our end-to-end supply chain & warehouse processes both online and in store. For our customers to receive our goods at best price and speed, we need an Application Expert to work with last mile transport systems.
You will work within a product team that is responsible for H&M groups last mile transport tech. We work with multiple SaaS suppliers that connect H&M and our customers to last mile carriers across the globe.
Responsibilities:
You will work alongside a Product Manager, Business Expert and Application Experts in an agile team, responsible for improving and maintaining solutions that enhance our customer experience in the last mile area.
Furthermore, you will:
Work closely with our SaaS last mile partners to seamlessly integrate them with H&M
Translate business needs into actionable requirements towards SaaS partners
Manage external and internal stakeholders in a global setting
System test SaaS solutions and coordinate testing of surrounding systems
Translating product strategy and requirements into suitable, maintainable, and scalable solution designs
Work on improvement projects in cooperation with Transport B2C product team
Collaborate closely with product manager and other cross-functional teams, share best practices, and discuss and motivate design solutions.



Qualifications:
Have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in testing, designing customer service solutions, analyzing the requirements in retail industry.
Strong experience in working and collaborating with E-commerce Transportation, Last Mile, Fleet & Freight systems, Delivery Management Services.
Experience working with any SAAS platform, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting end users.
Solid understanding of retail & logistic processes.
Good experience in project coordination, stakeholders & vendor management.
Have a demonstrated history of working according to agile practices with knowledge of Scrum & SAFE.
Understanding of Azure cloud platform

This is a permanent full-time position open for location Stockholm or Borås.
