At H&M group – Business Tech, we are accelerating digitalization and to stay relevant, we need to ensure we have strong competences in place to improve our end-to-end supply chain & warehouse processes both online and in store.

You will work within a product team who focuses on realizing business outcomes through tech, working with integrating logistics warehouse partners (3PL) into H&M Group logistics flow and to H&M Group sales channels, to help securing product availability as well as fast and accurate deliveries to the customers.

This role reports to Engineering Manager – Application Experts but you will work on daily basis with Warehouse 3PL Product Team with dotted line to Product Manager.




Job Description


As Application Expert you will work with different aspects of warehouse integrations involving external logistic partners. Your will be coordinating and driving initiatives from ideation to completion between our partners’ WMS (Warehouse Management System) and H&M internal systems. One key part is the analysis of business needs and their translation into suitable, maintainable and scalable solution designs. You are a midpoint for the communication towards internal and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

You will work alongside a Product Manager, Business Expert and Software Engineers in an agile team, responsible for improving and maintaining solutions that enhance our customer experience.

Furthermore, you will:
Work with our distribution partners and warehouse 3PL teams.
Work with professional software engineering practices & best practices for the entire software development life cycle.
Monitor and troubleshoot incidents and answer end-user questions.
Implement configurations to improve and expand our solutions.
Work with Tests and documentation.
Collaborate closely with product manager and other cross-functional teams (especially business functions), analyze requirements, share best practices, and discuss and motivate design solutions.





Qualifications


As an application expert at H&M Group, you will embark on a journey that will lead to something new and exciting - we will test, fail, and learn. You are an important player in this transformation and are communicative, flexible, and stress resistant. You have previous experience working in large companies with many stakeholders and have worked with distributed teams.

We also believe that you:
Have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering and/or related business knowledge
5+ years of experience in analysing requirements, coordinating projects and testing
Strong experience in working and collaborating with external providers in a global set-up
Experience working with any SAAS platform, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting end users.
Have a demonstrated history of working according to agile practices with knowledge of Scrum & SAFE.



Nice to have:
Solid understanding of retail & logistic processes.
“You build it, and you run it” mindset.
Have experience working with Jira, ServiceNow etc.
Understanding of Azure cloud platform
Knowledge of facilitating workshops
