We are now looking for an

Application Expert – SAP Sales Deployment
with focus on Scheduling agreements

As an Application Expert you will be part of an international team, within the SEP Programme scope, that is focused on all SAP modules related to the sales areas (ECC SD, SAP CRM C4C, etc.). The team is working together with all SKF units, globally, where SAP will be implemented.

As the Application Expert you will provide SAP expertise to enable implementation to new countries, system configuration, evaluating business needs and providing functional solutions / improvements. This role will mainly be focusing on Scheduling agreements and related deployment activities. You will be involved in all phases of the roll-out projects (gathering information, implementation, test, cutover and hyper care). You will work closely together with the end-users.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Providing SAP Sales expertise and conduct fit/gap analyses to enable deployment of the template solution (especially related to Scheduling agreements and EDI setups)
Transfer knowledge to business end-users and business experts
Support business users during test, cutover and hyper care
Independently manage tasks within area of expertise, and be responsible for the delivery of system configuration and related documentation
Receive business- or IT-requirement, discuss and evaluate the requirement, document detailed design and confirm this with all stakeholders and solution architect
Provide functional solutions and specifications for development
Contribute to cross-functional collaboration


Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in configuration SD
5+ years’ experience in Scheduling agreements and EDI
Hands on SAP S4 experience
Several years of experience in deploy/roll out projects with close end-user interaction
Willingness to travel and to work in an international environment
European work visa is a prerequisite
Fluent in English is a prerequisite, other world languages is an advantage
Good knowledge of SKF’s business and existing IT environment is an advantage

The position reports into SKF IT with primary allocation to the SEP program.
