Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Inspire:  Conduct engaging prescription seminars for customers and coordinate an international pool of application engineers.
Technical Support:  Provide expert technical support to our sales team, helping them tackle complex questions and optimize solutions.
Competitive Intelligence:  Lead our competitive intelligence efforts, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to keep us ahead of the curve.
Training and Development:  Regularly train our sales teams on applications, sizing tools, standards, and competition through webinars and annual meetings.
Global Travel:  Travel around the world to visit customers and conduct prescription seminars, bringing your expertise directly to our clients.
Support Growth:  Be key in supporting the company's growth by identifying new applications where our products excel, stimulating and driving sales growth.
What We're Looking For:

A degree or solid know-how in electrical engineering.
Strong analytical skills to structure and characterize different applications.
Ability to formulate positions on key topics like charging, maintenance, operation, reliability, etc., and implement them with customers.
Experience supporting sales teams in sizing solutions to enhance competitiveness.
Excellent communication skills for customer meetings and internal training sessions.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
This position is based at our Oskarshamn factory facility.
