The IT Support team is a tight team in a very fast growing environment. Together we face different challenges on a day-to-day basis and it´s our goal to make sure our colleagues get the best support possible. We work across all borders, and we have lots of fun. As we now implement Microsoft Dynamics AX we are also implementing a new Application Management model and need to fill the most crucial role within that model, namely an Application Owner AX.

About the position
As an Application Owner AX you ensure fast and structured resolution of incidents, problems and support requests related to the newly implemented Dynamics AX system and related integrated systems. You also have the responsibility to identify and implement improvements to the Dynamics AX system. You own the release plan and have the budget responsibility for AX application management.

You work closely with the internal key users and the external AX partner around incidents, problems and improvements. It is of essence to ensure fast and clear communication and reporting between and to both users and senior management.

What´s your background?
We believe you have an academic degree in computer science and have 3-5 years experience from operations of IT systems and support functions. You also  have deep knowledge of AX system 2012, implementation and operation of Dynamics AX systems in large organisations. You have worked in and with business processes within finance, procurement and HR and you are an experienced project manager. Since our working language is English high proficiency in English, written and oral, paired with skills in clear effective communication is a must.

Knowledge of ITIL and experience from a global organization gives you a competitive advantage.
