Application Specialist

This is your new opportunity to manage IT development and projects! We are now looking for a proactive problem-solver to take on the Application Specialist role in Region North.
You will manage IT development and integration projects based on requests from customers and other internal or external parties. You will also be an important support to the local markets for ERP and CRM application management services and knowledge.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate and support development needs in the form of projects in a structured way.
Manage customer requests for development of new and existing integrations, such as EDI and other electronic information exchange, through the Change Request process.
Manage both internal and external incidents and requests, provide first or second line support within the Application Management area, secure closure and/or escalation of open tickets to other solution providers.
Manage user authorizations for business applications
Develop and execute internal training programmes for relevant business applications and processes
Establish a Key User concept where applicable

Qualifications and experience:
A Bachelor or Associate's degree or similar level through experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP (preferably SD) as Application Specialist or Key-User
Interpersonal skill necessary in order to provide support to users, and interact with customers, vendors and service providers to resolve problems.
An ambition to understand and continuously learn more about business processes and IT systems

English, written and spoken
