Are you our new Application Specialist within High Pressure Homogenization & High Pressure Pumps?


Application Support within Business Unit Liquid Food is responsible for the development of technological solutions and global support to market companies. Homogenization is a unique area where mechanical excellence combined with deep knowledge of High Pressure Pump applications are a key to our leadership in liquid food processing.


As an Application Specialist within the Application Support BU LF you will work with HPP applications for manufacturing of dairy products, RNGS, Food and Beverages. You will be requested to understand customer needs and give input to new requirements for R&D. You will work independently as well as in a team with technology support. As you will work with all clusters, you will quickly get a wide network within Tetra Pak.


You will be travelling approximately 25% yearly in this position.


Main responsibilities
-Drive process and application knowledge build-up
-Support market companies in Issue Resolution
-Project and application support to our market companies and customers
-Participate in development of new equipment and processes
-Verification of technical solutions utilizing homogenizers
-Support the Tetra Pak sales organization during the sales process


Qualifications


We are looking for a person with strong Food Technology and practical Rheology Laboratory experience. We expect you to have the ability to build relationships and gain trust from the people you work with. You are seen as a team player but have the ability to work independently. In addition you enjoy challenges and appreciate the opportunity to work with our customers.


The successful candidate has a higher education combined with minimum work experience of 3 years from the food industry. It is important that you have knowledge in dairy products, as well as in beverages combined with a good technical understanding. You should have a proven understanding of the physical and chemical behaviour of dairy products and beverages. You have a good command in English, both written and verbal.
