As a key part of the success of our company, the Integrated Workflow Solutions (IWS) organization globally offers a range of best in class software-based solutions to customers. Due to the rapid growth and continuous expansion of IWS, we are no looking for a service-minded IWS Supporter to join our dedicated team of employees. IWS develops software and hardware solutions, primarily for their three main products/solutions (TEGRIS, INSIGHT and T-DOC), used in the health care industry worldwide. In this specific role, you will have focus on T-DOC - a solution continuously developed through 20 years, and it is today the world leading solution within its field.

Furthermore you will be able to work with a complex state of the art IT solution that has been through a continuously growth and improvement since 1996.
The position
The primary purpose of this role is to provide support to our customers, solving their technical problems and answering application questions related to their T-DOC system. Besides that, you will also be providing internal support. You will belong to the Swedish IWS support department – and work closely with the IWS teams in the Nordic Countries.
You will be performing many interesting and challenging tasks, including:
• Application Support - user support – remote and onsite
• Software updates, including coordinating with local IT personnel
• Customer guidance in possibilities for setting up their T-DOC system (Later also Insight/Tegris)
• Complaints handling both software and hardware
• System maintenance, including preventive maintenance
• Follow up on solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
• 1st and 2nd level support to Nordic customers and Getinge colleagues
• Supervision on site for selected customers
• Training of customers in T-DOC Application
The position is located at our production site in Getinge, Halmstad. The IWS Supporter will report directly to the IWS Business Manager. You will be a part of a Nordic team. Some travel is expected in this role and estimated to approximately 30 days on an annual basis.
The ideal candidate
As ideal for the position you have the following key characteristics:
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience with soft-/hardware support.
• Service minded and pedagogical
• Basic understanding of IT systems and functions.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent command of written and spoken Swedish, ideally also an additional Nordic language – Danish, Finnish or Norwegian.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Preferably, experience from a similar support function.
• Desirable if you have experience within the healthcare industry
As a person you are a communicative team-player who takes responsibility and is eager to learn. You have an analytical and solution-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills. Being able to communicate efficiently face to face and over the phone is a key factor for this role. Further, you also need to be able to convert technical information to a non-technical audience.
