The consultant will work as part of a CI / CD DevOps team, whose purpose is to assist development teams with development and test environments, as well as production pipelines for handling in-house produced code, including source code management and communication and follow-up tools.
A consultant with an interest in Container technology who is also a sociable person who values a culture of self-leadership and is motivated by new challenges and ideas.
The role of Application Specialist Openshift entails acting as a liaison between infrastructure and system development.
Among the tasks are:
to simplify and automate processes and flows via hands-on engagement with the DevOps technologies
to be in charge of onboarding teams for this technology, with a specific emphasis on teams utilising the new Microservices architecture
to assist and communicate with teams on the tools utilized
Requirements for skulls
The consultant must have documented expertise with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (Pipelines) in Docker or Kubernetes-like systems.
The consultant must have documented scripting skills as well as several years of Linux experience.
Requirements:
The consultant must have at least two years of verifiable DevOps experience, such as as a developer or DevOps Engineer.
Börkrav
The consultant should have prior experience working for a Swedish government or municipality.
The consultant should have knowledge of Kubernetes ecosystems, including CI technologies, code quality tools, image scanning, and GitOps.
The consultant should be familiar with Ansible, PHP, Python, and Bash.
The consultant should be familiar with Openshift (3.x or 4.x).
The consultant should be familiar with Microservices.
The consultant should have prior expertise with onboarding and assisting developers with their transition to Kubernetes / Openshift.
Duration: 6 months + extension
