The organisation is constantly developing and therefore adaptation to new conditions is essential.You will create and uphold relations with many different organisations within a multicultural environment.The companies are located around the world and the position requires for you to be able to travel approximately 50 days per year. Expertise As this position demands an independent and reliable candidate it is essential that you through experience are completely confident with SAP R3 and specifically SAP XI.As a foundation you have experience of using XI Basics, transport protocols and monitoring operations.Skills within both BW and CRM are considered as an additional qualification. Educational requirements A University Certificate or equivalent is desirable.Relevant and documented training in SAP XI, Idoc's, ABAP, Portals and Netweaver is needed.Due to the variety of the working field, excellent skills in English and Swedish are indispensable.Job tasks and duties .Handling of change and improvements .Produce proposals for effective XI solutions .Act as a sounding board for customers .Assess programs and applications and contribute to negotiation/procurement with suppliers .Assist in the introduction of applications/systems .Promote and inform customers worldwide of solutions .Develop and drive the organisation's future use of SAP XI from a strategic perspective .Support and ensure the quality of implemented solutions .Safeguard the model of the organisation in case of new implementations of applications .Ensure that the production organisations are informed and involved in new implementations and that their knowledge is safeguarded .Write clear and well-defined requirement specifications based on customer needs.Assist the customer in formulating and specifying his requirements Your responsibilities and authority .Responsible for the global promotion of SAP XI in accordance with Global IT's strategy .To negotiate with customers and suppliers within the confines of the field of responsibility .
