Now you have the opportunity to apply for a new position as Application Specialist ServiceNow. You will be a part of our dedicated and motivated IT-department.
About the job:
As Application Specialist ServiceNow you will work with the day to day support administration, configuration and ongoing maintenance of the Tunstall ServiceNow Plattform. An important assignment in this role is to introduce, drive and manage change in our organisation.
Some of your principal tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Perform design and implementation tasks like requirement gathering, integration and testing.
- Configure solutions aligning to Service Management and ITIL Best practices.
- Perform system administrator activities for ServiceNow ITSM and CSM.
- Managing system updates.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow to enable ITSM processes. For example modifying workflows and configuration.
- Attend and contribute in ServiceNow steering meetings with all Nordic countries.
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of procedures in ServiceNow.
- Train staff and users on the ITSM and CSM part of ServiceNow.
About you:
To be successful in this role we think that you have:
- 4+ years of overall ServiceNow (any module) experience in an administration role.
- Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis and process improvement frameworks.
- Strong executive presentation skill set.
- Ability to drive change and to motivate, influence and gain commitment from stakeholders.
- Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.
- Conceptual understanding of ITIL version 3 and/or version 4.
- High professional knowledge in English.
