Enterprise IT & Operations teams are responsible for securing our IT systems work optimally – both regarding applications, hardware, operating systems, and databases. Tre has an IT stack of custom and standard applications, Cloud applications, Kubernetes, Containers, and Azure platform.

About the role

As an Application Specialist, you will be part of CRM team with 9 colleagues responsible for IT applications to handle CRM, sales, and customer service. You will be responsible for PeopleSoft application but also take the lead for other CRM applications.
The main part of the role is to secure the system's availability, stability, and performance, monitor the systems, handle alarms, and troubleshoot production problems. Furthermore, it is included to analyze and resolve error reports and customer complaints.

Together with the team, you solve all kinds of issues in any of the systems within our responsibility. We constantly seek to improve ourselves and our way of working, and we encourage the contribution of new ideas and ways of routines and processes.
A part of the role includes on-call services, one week's on call every 3rd/4th week.

Who are you

To be successful in the position, we believe you have several years of experience from a similar role. You also have a burning interest in IT with a curiosity to learn new things every day. Since you will work closely with the development team and business, you can easily get into in-depth technical details and convey pedagogically the essence of the message for internal users working towards the customer. To be a structured and analytical problem solver comes naturally for you, where you are motivated by being faced with new challenges.

Furthermore, you need to have:

• Knowledge and experience of Linux, SQL & Databases
• Experience of PeopleSoft CRM application
• Fluently speaking and writing in English
