To division Rock Tools and our Top Hammer Product line function in Sandviken, we’re now looking for an Application Specialist to join an ambitious and experienced team. Your mission
As an Application Specialist, you use your curiousness to explore, identify and develop new application areas and develop already existing ones. You work in close relation with and our customers; analyzing their needs and educating them in using our products, and you frequently interface with our sales areas by conducting problem solving, field testing, product demos and process optimization. Understanding our product portfolio and our customers’ needs is an important part in this role and, by collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, you build a high level of competence in all parts connected to our business.


The location for this position is Sandviken and extensive travel is a natural part of your job.


Your character
We’re looking for someone with a degree from a technical education, while experience from a relevant field – such as mining, production or sales – is beneficial. As we work with international contacts, you must be fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.


Your personality really matters to us and a key in this position is your flexible approach and service minded attitude; enabling you to take initiative to solve complex problems. You enjoy embracing new perspectives in varying settings and your genuine technical interest is closely linked to your creativity, accompanied by close attention to detail. With your excellent communication skills, you easily navigate your way across our organization – building strong and lasting relationships with both stakeholders and coworkers.
