About the Role
We are looking for someone to be our first line of support for our Corporate Systems. You love to help people and have an eye for details and processes. In this role you will have the opportunity to collaborate with all parts of Trustly, become a valuable team member and grow within the company.


Main tasks and responsibilities:
Act as the first line of support for our internal customers and stakeholders
Gather requirements from business stakeholders and help the team to prioritize
Assist with grooming tickets for agile development
Perform system configuration
Maintain user accesses, onboarding and offboarding
Help maintain our backlog and sprint
Document and automate recurring support requests
Report on our service level agreement



Who you are:
You’re a fast learner and skilled in how to educate people in system-related matters
Fluency in English is key
You’re a service-minded, communicative, organized and ambitious individual who are used to working independently and proactively.
You collaborate well with others and thrive in a fast paced environment



What Will Make You Stand Out:
You have experience working with Salesforce CRM
You have experience working in a similar role within a complex organization
