Is your passion world class customer service and techy systems? Then you might have found your dream job! As application support specialist for our HR system Aditro HR with focus on core HR (People) and Talent management products you'll work closely with the product development team and our 1st and 2nd line support.
Your work
You'll be working with 3rd line application support within the Aditro HR People & Talent product management team. The main responsibility is to ensure a smooth support process, this includes both ticket handling and refining the process of ticket handling within our ticket handling software. You aim to make our customers happier, without loosing focus of our overall goals as a team and company. Your main languages are english and swedish so you have to be able to communicate on a high level in both languages.
Main focus will be product support, but assist with product development in the form of documentation and testing.
Your everyday tools will be ServiceNow and several Microsoft products, like Teams and Azure. ServiceNow is our main tool for customer success management, and is where we handle our customer tickets and have our knowledge base. If there's a gap in our documentation or knowledge, you'll make sure that it's attended to.
About you
You've probably worked a couple of years with complex system support as a helpdesk tech, and want to further develop your skills within this area. Someone who wants to give the best possible service experience possible, while at the same time have a good time doing it. You understand our business and what we want to achieve.
We think you might have a background within IT, or maybe within HR as a Super User of an HR system.
Attention to details and a eager to learn mentality. You thrive when you get to dive into the deep end of the pool and find the root cause of a complex problem. And when you've found the solution, you're abel to explain it to both our product team and our end users in a way that everyone understands.
