For our client in Gothenburg we are looking for an Application Support Specialist.
Job description:
We are looking for an Application Support Specialist to take on a mission in the area of connectivity and electrification, working with trends such as Car & Ride sharing and autonomous drive. Our customer aims to bring the automotive industry into the digital society with the ambition to create a more sustainable and safer automotive world. As Application support specialist you will secure that agreed Service Levels are maintained towards customers, helping them stay ahead and supply attractive and reliable services towards their end customers.
Our customer use agile development methods and the teams learn and share knowledge to develop both skills and the passion of the work. Our customer encourage people to dare, so be creative and be yourself. Typical traits they are looking for are Open-mindedness, flexibility and persons who thrive under challenging and changing conditions.
Required skills:
• You have Linux, DB knowledge (SQL) and basic AWS skills.
• Good understanding of Support and Agile methodologies.
• Customer support experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• As a person you are driven, have good communication skills and enjoy working in a global team.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
Bonus Skills:
• Experienced with monitoring (Grafana, Kibana).
This is a full-time consultancy position in Gothenburg.
