For our customer's support team, we are looking for an Application Support Specialist. The primary responsibility is to provide support and assistance to customers as they progress through the digital HR tool and related products. This includes case management as well as customer conversations and meetings.
You work hard to make our customers happy and are always thinking of ways to improve the customer experience.
Tasks include the following:
In the Service Now tool, manage and distribute incoming cases.
Analyze and process inquiries and orders
Ongoing customer communication with a focus on good customer service and the customer's best interests
Interaction with other departments within the company
Requirement:
Worked as a support specialist with a technical bent
SaaS HR system solutions
Excellent communicator in both Swedish and English
