We are now looking for an Application Technician who wants to simplify everyday life for our colleagues!
We offer you As an Application Technician you will be part of our Store team of seven people as an Application Technician. In your role, you are the first point of contact for our store staff for technical questions or problems, primarily via through phone and our case system. Together, you in the store team are responsible for the IT that is in our physical stores, such as cash register systems, peripherals and other systems that the stores need to do in their daily work. You are independently responsible for collecting the information needed to be able to handle the mattercase, to conduct an analysis and investigation of where the problem may lie. You document and secure handover to your colleagues so that the support is always as efficient as possible for the store.
Your profile We are looking for you who would like for you to have a few years´ experience of working in support with a focus on IT. Post- secondary education in IT is a meritorious. Previous experience with store system, such as cash registers is advantageous, as well as experience in SQL, Power Shell and analysis of error logs. Knowledge of Norwegian, Finnish and Polish is a meritn advantage. The pace is fast, so we like to see candidates who appreciate having many irons in the fire. Of course, you communicate messages and information in simple and clear way in writing and speech, both in Swedish and English.
As person, you are social and service-oriented and find it easy to talk to new people. You take great responsibility in your work and have a high degree of accuracy in what you do. You are good at pushing your work forward yourself and taking responsibility for following processes and working methods being followed. You like to collaborate and have a genuine interest in finding the best solutions for the store. It is also important that you are solution-oriented and dare to ask the right questions, as well as have the ability to determine when your help is not sufficient and the case needs to be taken further.
