Alstom Nordics & Russia is looking to strengthen the team with an ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on sourcing and end to end recruitment. You will be based in our office in Stockholm.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in Alstoms Nordic & Russia HR Team and will be instrumental in ensuring that they bring in the right talents to support their business. Your responsibilities will include the whole end to end recruitment process from identifying the needs together with the hiring managers, sourcing candidates, planning and taking part in interviews to managing the offer process and supporting a smooth onboarding. In addition to this you will contribute to their overall sourcing strategy for Nordics & Russia and be part of employer branding activities.
Alstom is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to their Nordic & Russia HR Team!
Main tasks and responsibilities
* Project and tender staffing.
* Fill vacancies/open requisitions, including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and reference checking candidates.
* Develop an ongoing and diverse Talent pipeline using research, networking, database mining, etc. for prospective applicants. Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a high qualified pool of candidates.
* Assist the HRBP and Hiring Manager with job requisition / description development, as well as job postings on relevant social media and job boards.
* Create a positive and unique candidate experience from first point of contact with ALSTOM and ongoing.
* Ensure integrity and compliance regarding policies and procedures through the entire recruiting process, i.e. immigration, background checks, process compliance and reporting to minimize potential liability to the company.
* Support in forecasting resource needs.
* Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates in order to build a strong pipeline.
* Develop internal candidate pipeline.
Skills and qualifications
To be successful in this role you need to be self-driven and result oriented with a curious and can-do attitude. You need to be able to develop long-term sourcing and recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with hiring managers and potential hires. You should be the trusted partner in all recruitment related activities. Collaboration and communication are important as we support each other solve challenges as one team.
Ultimately, you will be instrumental in creating strong talent pipelines for our current and future needs.
You will need to have
* At least three years' experience in talent acquisition, preferably from an engineering/technical industry (Mobility/Transport/Aviation/Automotive/IT sector)
* Bachelor's degree
* Hands on experience with end to end recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
* Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases and professional networks
* Fluent English and Swedish/Norwegian, written and spoken
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Success Factors/SAP experience strongly preferred
Experience leading the recruiting process using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
