About the position

You will be based at the office situated northwest of Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
In this role, you will be ensuring a healthy status of the accounts receivables and minimize credit losses in close cooperation with the Shared Service Center. You have an important role that has impact on the company’s possibilities to collect accounts receivables, achieving maximal payment and minimizes direct losses. Your responsibilities will include:
Credit release of sales orders
BAD + AR ratio overview
BAD – AR ratio overview
Monitoring overdue AR 3-31 days ratio
Monitoring of number of aged special items in AR
Monitoring process of incoming payments and reconciliation of bank accounts
Specialist support (daily issues + escalation course)
Internal support to Samung organization (indoor sales/logistic/service dept.)
Back-office specialist support to certain customers in need of special attention
Various invoicing of various non-trade items (interest, facility rent etc.)
Credit release credit blocked orders within the framework of SENA policies
Reporting; internal and external, ad hoc and periodical

Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, you need to be a confident, fearless, and independent person. You are used to a high work pace, and you don’t think twice before taking initiatives when needed. You are a great communicator who’s flexible and a team player. We think that you are detail oriented and possess a great customer focus. Furthermore, we see that you have a good understanding of Finance.
You will be a part of a big international company, with good opportunities of developing in both your role and the company.

Requirements
University degree or minimum 3 years equivalent work experience
Previous experience from working at an international company
Good knowledge in accounting
Previous experience from working with accounts ledger and Collections
Experience in SAP or other ERP-system
Highly skilled in Excel
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written English and Swedish



Meritorious
Fluent in more than one Nordic language



Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment until the 31st of August 2022. Start as soon as possible.
