AR Specialist to a multinational electronic company

On behalf of our client, a company that is one of the world's largest producers of electronic devices, we are looking for a AR Specialist to the company´s headquarters in north of Stockholm, starting March/April - August 2021, fulltime.

The AR specialist role has significant impact on the possibility to collect accounts receivables and achieve profitable sales for all businesses. The job role has a direct contribution to the success of our SSC to collect accounts receivables, achieving maximal payment and minimizes direct losses. It requires high level of communication skills to customer and internal stakeholders.

Dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak
• Credit release of sales orders
• BAD + AR ratio overview
• BAD – AR ratio overview
• Monitoring overdue AR 3-31 days ratio
• Monitoring of number of aged special items in AR
• Monitoring process of incoming payments and reconciliation of bank accounts
• Specialist support to SSC (daily issues + escalation cases)
• Internal support to Samsung organization (indoor sales/logistic/service dept./KAM)
• Back office specialist support to certain customers in need of special attention


Vem är du?
Qualifications required;

• University degree or minimum 3 years equivalent work experience
• Fluent in English and one Nordic language, preferably two Nordic languages

Experience;

• Experience of Collections
• Recent knowledge of the fundamentals of accounting
• Preferably SAP experience, or similar system experience
• High level of Excel skills
• Experienced in using MS office

This assignment staring Mars/ April – August 2021, fulltime. You will be employed by Poolia Ekonomi.
