Are you our new Architect in Identity & Access Management that will lead the way to improve our Identity & Access Management capabilities? If this sounds interesting, this could be you!
The focus in this role will be on Identity Governance and Administration, Access & Authentication Management and Privileged Access Management. You will become a colleague in our Enterprise Architectural team. This is a very enthusiastic team of experts in the Application, Data and Technology domains. The Enterprise Architect located in the Netherlands and Sweden. The Enterprise Architecture team is part of the CIO Office. In the CIO Office colleagues in the Risk & Compliance Domain and IM Functional Excellence. As an Enterprise Architect you will work closely together with our Solution Architects. These Solution Architect are located in our regional hubs in Europe, US and Asia.
In your future role as Architect Identity & Access Management, you will
be responsible for developing the architecture and roadmaps for the domain Identity & Access Management.
Your responsibilities include:
Analyze the Identity & Access Management (IAM) segment to derive business, information, application, and technical architecture requirements.
Analyze industry, technology, and market trends to determine their potential impacts on the IAM segment and IT the related architecture requirements.
Analyze current business and IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
Create fit for purpose architecture leading to a consistent, future proof and efficient use of the IT landscape.
Be the lead architect for the implementation of our IAM strategy including PAM (One Identity) and future IGA direction
Support the creation of roadmaps to address gaps between current state and future state via intermediate architecture designs.

Placement: Gothenburg at our new and modern Nordic Business Centre.
We believe you bring
experience in defining the architecture and roadmaps for the Identity & Access Management domain
broad knowledge of and experience with (enterprise) architecture
certified in TOGAF or equivalent
experience in using of EA tool
