About the position
We are looking for a professional nurse in a 100% permanent position, who could be a positive force among those employed in nursing and care. If we do not receive applications from qualified nurses, we will consider healthcare workers with similar training. In that case, the assignments will be adapted to the qualifications.

Care includes both nursing homes, home nursing care, care homes, help at home and other services. Fedje nursing home has twelve beds, and we have a good working environment with dedicated and professionally skilled staff. Care has a well-established culture for continuous quality improvement, competence development and reflection. The distance to desisiones are short, and you have good possibilites to influence on decisions.

The nurses currently work in a rotation with back-up shifts attached to the late shift and every third weekend. The job is challenging from a professional point of view, as we have both elderly residents, but also medical follow-up of other groups who need treatment locally, including immediate help in an inpatient bed. At Fedje, it's good to be at work, and you will go home with a clear conscience after your shift.

We are working on a possible new rotation for nurses with work-intensive periods of duty and longer free periods that may be interesting for commuters.

The work
- Professional nursing tasks at Fedje nursing home and home service
- Planning and evaluation of the service
- Contribute to securing and developing the service to ensure the user's needs, opportunities and rights and to ensure good resource utilization
- Guidance in professional and ethical challenges
- Responsible for ensuring that operations are carried out in accordance with current quality requirements and the institution's vision and objectives
- Other related work

Qualifications
- Norwegian authorization as a nurse or healthcare worker
- Norwegian knowledge at least level B1
- Drivers licens for a passenger car
- Valid police certificate

- Understand that people are different and show patience and remain calm when dealing with users, relatives and colleagues
