As our System Manager you will play an important part in all concept development of EV Batteries for future vehicles.
You will join a team that are dedicated to design, innovation and technology.

As our System Manager you will be based in Lindholmen, Gothenburg.

This is the system manager role:

- Deliver complete EV battery systems to our global organization.
- Be the technical lead for EV battery system team.
- Deliver technical innovations, strategies and roadmaps for EV batteries.
- Represent CEVT and the Team as expert in contacts with other parts of the company, external partners, customers and stakeholders.


Required skills and experiences:

- Worked at least some 5 years with EV battery systems or equivalent.
- MSc or PhD in Physics, Electronics, Electrochemistry or equivalent.
- Experience from working in cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English in speech and writing.


Desirable additional skills

- Fluent in Mandarin
- Documented experience from industrialization of an EV battery.
- One or more documented specialist skills in EV battery design, such as cell know-how, mechanical pack design, thermal management, power electronics, etc.
