Arbetsbeskrivning
We are looking for a driven Product Owner that loves to create clarity in complexity and thrives in a team-oriented environment!
Our team has the important purpose to make it easy for Scania’s customers to stay compliant with EU driving time and working time regulations, which improves the traffic safety and work balance of the drivers.
Your tasks
You will work closely with the development team, ensuring they have a suitable amount of prepared work to do. This means planning and prioritizing product features in the backlog and continuously developing the product. You will also work with user support and incident related activities, to ensure that our services are up and running.
You will be part of a product management team, which has a joint responsibility for the product vision, roadmap and finding business opportunities. In this team, the current focus is on transforming our big product portfolio. Our ongoing focus is to modernise the services by rebuilding core functionality in AWS and finding ways to focus on our core by integrating our supporting functionality to the Scania ecosystem.
To offer our customers a competitive service, you will be working cross-functionally with our partners and also together with other Product Owners, product managers and other departments within Scania. You will also research and analyse market needs and the users requests.
Your profile
We believe you are
• Great at interacting with customers, always seeing their needs and transforming them into real value.
• A brave person who doesn’t focus on the obstacles thrown your way, but instead on how to learn from and overcome them.
• Curios, which drives your learning and openness towards seeing things from different perspectives. Your courage helps you to take decision and drive in a certain direction.
• And we also expect you to be great communicator who can bridge the gap between technical details and business lingo.
• Experienced within service development and the agile way of working.
We work in an exciting multicultural environment so you will be speaking English on a daily basis. We strongly believe that a diversity of perspectives, ideas and cultures lead to the creation of inspiring work environment and first-class services. If you have experience from working with transport operations and software development that’s a plus, but your go-getter attitude will be what is valued the most.
