About the job
You will be responsible to developing the plastic supplier base. Create long term strategies, contractual work, drive transfer projects and onboarding new suppliers. You represent the suppliers performance towards internal stakeholders and you are Husqvarna's contact towards the supplier base within you profession. You will drive all type of negotiations, price, recalls, product improvement and business revue towards the supplier base


Relevant Background
You need to have years of experience within purchasing.
Knowledge regarding plastic tooling and automation is of great importance.
A Bachelor degree within relevant area is of advantage.
Good knowledge to work with XL and Microsoft programs.
Fluent English and Swedish both orally and in writing is required.


Who are you?
We believe that you are a person who has good experience from making priorities and independently identify importance and order of tasks. Experience from working on more than one project simultaneously which have a moderate level of complexity. To have great organization, analyzing and planning skills are of importance for the position. To have strong communication and presentation skills are something that we value high. You have strong ability to gather and organize relevant information, as well as proactively detect problems and identify root causes. Generally able to identify underlying issues or problems, trends, and cause-effect relationships. You need to be passionate and take ownership in your work. You of course like people and work in a high pace with challenges.


Your personality in combination with relevant education, work experience, passion for working with sourcing and who thinks our vision is something you want to be a part of will be important in order to succeed in this role.
