As our CTO, you'll be the visionary architect, steering our technological direction and ensuring our solutions are at the forefront of the industry. Your strategic mindset will guide us towards new heights, empowering businesses and individuals to protect their digital assets with confidence.



CTO Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop the company's technical portfolio linked to the company's overall strategy and together with our vendors
- Lead the collaboration of the company's techlead and pre sale resources
- Responsible for the communication and learning within our various technical areas
- Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely
- Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure
- Be a speaker at internal and external events regarding this area, including general cyber security trends
- Be part of our strategic customer teams

- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
- Help departments use technology profitably
- Build quality assurance and data protection processes
- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
- Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
- Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors
- Lead a team of highly skilled solution architects
- Be part of the Swedish management team

Requirements and skills:

- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
- Understanding of budgets and business-planning
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership and organizational abilities
- Strategic thinking
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Customer- and business focus
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
