Entry Point North AB is an international academy specialising in Air Traffic Management training. The academy was established in 2005 and it educates primarily Air Traffic Controllers. Since 2011 we have a subsidiary in Budapest, Hungary and in January we opened a new subsidiary in Shannon, Ireland. Entry Point North is based at Malmö Airport, Sweden, with customers and students all over the world.

Entry Point North is looking for a Development Assistant who is ready to take-off with us!
Job description
- Coordinator within Development team i.e. handling incoming errands, issues and questions related to the Development field
- Administration regarding coordination and planning of projects and other Development related processes
- Updating and implementing various Development processes and procedures
- The position includes traveling and job tasks abroad
- Various tasks related to the year cycle and specific projects in collaboration with the Development Director
This is a permanent, full time position, you will be working at the Development Department and report to Team leader Development Departemente. The conditions of employment follows the general conditions of the collective agreement "Kommunikation" between Almega and SEKO, ST, Ledarna, Jusek, CF, Civilekonomerna and SRAT.
Qualifications
Preferably you have some years' experience of working as an assistant, coordinator or in the field of customer service or project management. If you have studied on University level it's an advantage. We are looking for qualifications such as good, education, communicative skills, both oral and in writing and excellent skills in Microsoft Office. The business language is English why you need to have good spoken and written communication skills in English.
We are looking for an open-minded colleague with a positive attitude. As a person you are structured and you like to organise and take responsibility for things that needs to be done. You are the one that takes an idea and turn it in to action!
